Tom, Thank you for contacting WeatherTech From the pictures provided, I can see that the Driver/Passenger Side FloorLiner is a little bent out of shape. If the FloorLiners were received in this condition it is possible this occurred during the shipping process. Fortunately, this minor deformity can be easily rectified by manipulating the material back into shape by following the instructions listed below: Please remove the FloorLiners from the vehicle and relocate them to a flat surface at or above room temperature. Manually manipulate the walls of the FloorLiner by pushing downward and outward. I ordered the Tan colored floor liners and cargo mat for my GX450. They arrived a week or so later in 2 different shipments. However, they sent me the wrong color. Instead of tan, I got a cheap looking dark brown which is called cocoa in the booklet that comes with the product. The quality of the material is also not what I expected for $340. I called to ask for a replacement and the less than friendly rep said she was going to email me a FedEx return slip, so I could return the mats and get a replacement. That never happened. A couple of days later I called again. This time the call lasted about 45 minutes or so. It was basically an argument over the color. She tried to convince me that I had the right color despite the pictures I sent, which showed the clear contrast in colors. She said that my PC screen color was off and a bunch of other ridiculous explanations to discourage me from getting what I paid for. I expressed my concern with the situation and her response was, "we are not in the business of ripping people off." So now I'm asking for a refund. Needless to say this caused another argument. After continually insisting for a refund and implying that I could sue them she finally e-mailed the return slips while I waited on the phone. I asked for more clarity of how and when I would get my money back and that is another issue. It may take 30 or more days before I get my money back. Clearly, this company is dumping inventory they are not able to sale. Their return policy is shady. The quality of the product is not worth their prices. What you see on TV and in their website is far away from you will get. My advice is don't do business with this company.

Delivery of product

This company utilizes FEDEX for delivery, both Fedex and weathertech have a complete disregard for the customer. When you contact either one about delivery issue(s), you get stonewalled and ignored. They expect you to wait for several days before a resolution is made or attempted Really disappointed with this company, never again will I purchase from this "second rate" company.

I ordered matts for my car, waited a week called they said they will be produced the next week waited another week called and was told it would be 4 weeks for my order to be made then shipped. No updates from them or anything saying it was backordered or out of stock when I bought it or anytime after! Horrible customer service and the wait times on the phones are ridiculous also buy.

Dont fit

I bought floor liners fir my xdrive bmw To start with suppose to say xdrive on them. They dont. Minor yes but when forking out over100 bucks I expect better. Plus the attachment clips dont fit my car. Third,the liners seem thin n flimsy. fourth,they must have lots of complaints as have to wsit foever totalk to anyone ,then phone just hangs up. just put thick seahawks mats in.

Unhappy about my parches

I was very disappointed with my 3 each desk phone holder: 1 black for myself 1 white for my wife 1 white for our son The disappointment is that we can not rotate the holder to be able to view a video sideways..... I called customer service at weather tech since I am a very loyal customer to your products . Both our cars have your mats in them. Your associate referred me to Amazon since it was purchased through them because of free shipping!!! I am not a very happy customer and so is my wife. Ordered two sets for 2012 Town and Country Limited and 2020 Pacifica Limited. While quality seems fine, the bulkiness took away from the elegance of these vehicles. When I asked for a return label, I was informed that "the customer is responsible for the return cost." Unheard of today. Last time I order from them.

Product not performing as advertised

The phone cup holder is not worth the money at all. I am actually surprised that it would not hold up an Apple 7 with the extension option. The application is a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with 2 cup holders. Both are in horrible positions to look at the phone even when at idle. My issue is that the extension arm was tightened to the point of breaking the wheel off where it meets the cup. It held the phone still until you touched the screen or hit the home button. It slowly sank down. I politely suggest you go back to the drawing board. For the $50 it was not at all what I expected. I wouldn't take it if you gave it to me for free as it did not work. Weathertech customer service promptly gave me an RMA. For the RAV4 the only thing that would work besides the suction cup on the windshield would be the vent clip. But that would need some reinforcing and modifications made to the clip that hold the vent louvers.

I purchased two sets of floor mats for my vehicles. I noticed what looks like dirt or discoloration and this wont come off. I used a good car soap, scrubbed them w a hard brush, taken to car wash and this still wont comeoff.

However if the stain has been on there for a long period of time, you might need to soak the liners. Please email me some photos of your concerns, along with your order information and we can assist.
