Given Sunshade as Gift couldn't get the rest of window coverings

I was given a Front Windshield Shade as a gift. To my surprise when I went online to get the rest of the window coverings they only sell them as a set. I even called their customer service. I wouldn't recommend them.

Very poor fit for 2020 Honda Odyssey cargo mat.

The cargo mat has gaps on both sides and looks like it was made for another vehicle. I had previously had a cargo mat for my 2015 Odyssey and it fit perfectly. With this one I would have been better off with a cut to fit. Very disappointed in this product. Front and 2nd row liners are fine.

Not satisfied with customer service

I ordered floor mats for my Chevy Silverado 1500C Crew Cab. I waited almost two weeks to receive them and when they arrived they were for a Quad Cab. Needless to say I wasnt happy at all. I contacted customer service. The person I spoke to made it seem like to me that it was my fault. When you order the mats and put down the year and make of the vehicle they show you two pictures of the vehicles and we clicked on the box , the right one meaning the one that was meant for my truck. I was hoping that Weather Tech would make their mistake right by overnighting or even maybe offering me a discount on making that mistake. So Im returning my floor mats for a refund and going with another company.

Sent wrong product and could not talk to CS

I ordered liners for a 2012 Audi A6. The liners I received did not fit. The front two did not have the connection holes in the right location to connect and the back two were several inches too short. Weathertech insists you call to get a return authorization number or it will not accept a return. I tried to call four times in the next couple of weeks but was always told there were over 200 calls ahead of me. I finally sent an email to customer service that I wanted to return the mats but never received a response, so I cancelled payment to American Express (AE). AE said that it talked to Weathertech and that I never tried to reach Weathertech, so I had to pay. I produced the email that I sent to Weathertech which showed that they were outright lying. AE initially credited my account but I just got a letter that it contacted Weathertech again and this time it was told it tried to contact me several times but I never answered. Again that was absolutely not true and it produced no records to show any attemped contact. AE chose to believe its lies AGAIN. Does Weathertech CS automatically lie? Why would AE believe it after I proved it lied the first time? David B Deioma

I bought front and back floor liners for my F150. The front driver side fits perfect but I suspect they sent me the wrong mat for the passenger side. Its a full two inches short. My effort to get their CS to address the issue has met with less than deplorable results. The product is well made but it doesn't fit as promised. The product may be made in America but their customer service is clearly outsourced to china.

Terrible Customer Service

Entered an order for mats and liner for Jeep Gran Cherokee.E-mailed WeatherTech to verify that mats were correct for Make and engine. No response the next morning so I cancelled the order not feeling good about order and planned to order them once I knew they were the correct mat, liner. They finally answered that afternoon and said "The mats will not fit the Dodge Durango." I e-mailed again and gave them all the information for my jeep. They e-mailed back later and asked for the manuf. date that I had included in the first e-mail. E-mailed info again and no response. Never seen a business work so hard not to make a sale that a customer wanted. I was a quality assurance Mgr for 30 years with a large company and would have been given a drug test or fired for this crap. I will see if another company would like to sell an eager customer some mats/liner. I have WeatherTech in my wife's vehicle but do not plan to ever purchase WeatherTech again.

...We own a 2017 Chrsyler Pacifica... and have the front mats, middle row/back row mat combination, and the cargo mat... ...the middle row mat on the right sliding door side is curling up about 1"and will not lay down...and, yet the left sliding door side mat lays nice and flat... ...all other mats fit and work as they were designed... ...our van is only used by us, the owners...we take good care of it... ...how do we fix this problem? It is some what of a safety problem getting in and out of the van...we are "senior" citizens for your information...

They don't support their customers. If you purchase a product and send them an email, just know they don't monitor their customer service email and won't respond to you. You can call their phone number and they will tell you that you're 200 in line. You then wait 45 minutes to be disconnected and placed back into their non-existent line. I work in customer service at a larger company that has service issues at times and we don't monitor this website. The fact that their team needs to monitor "pissedoffconsumer.com" tells you all you need to know about their service.

I just received my Weathertech mats today. I ordered 2 sets, one for my Mini Cooper and one for my new Telluride. (see info below) We opened the boxes in the office and immediately the office was overwhelmed with a terrible chemical smell, so bad that we had to put the boxes outside as it was making people nauseous. I will be returning ASAP as I will absolutely not put these in my brand new car. I called the 1-800 number and there were 208 callers ahead of me This is totally unacceptable! My liners never got tight . They cap on the sides making it hard to keep clean I caught my foot on the sides of the gap today and it stuck my foot on the gas . Almost had an accident. Went home and got rid of them. Not worth the price. Very bad. Judy Johnson Colorado Springs dont
