Weathertech review in Saint Louis, Missouri: Rear floor mats
I purchased a set off liners for my 2019 Suburban. The third row liners did not have the correct cut for the seats. I called customer service and the lady said a sharp pair of scissors should correct the problem. She told me I had 30 days to send them back. So much for lazer measure!

I wrote them as my two back liners are fully rolling up and are useless. I can't find a review as my parents got them for us as a gift. Front liners are awesome, would never waste money on the back rows

Weathertech review: Lifetime warranty is a gimmick, no intention to honor
Ordered floor mats in 2010 from local Toyota dealer who is an authorized reseller. Noticed that driver's side floor mat wore down to holes. Called customer service number to inquire about warranty. They wouldn't even talk to me because I didn't buy from them but from their authorized dealer. I have the receipt but they don't care. The person was rude, no intention to help. If you keep your vechiles for a while don't count on their warranty, it's just a gimmick.

Weathertech review in Gatineau, Quebec: Cleaning
Purchased the floor liners about a month ago and find them impossible to clean hard. I have used a mild detergent, like dawn dish soap and a medium brush but there are still marks on the liners where the dirt was. We do not go in mud or anything close to dirt. Phone the company and of course they have a product to clean and another to spray on for protection, wow....and for approx 70$ if I remember right. Cost me 300$ for these and this is what I get. Can’t wait for winter and the salt stains...

Weathertech review: No mudflaps for my vehicle
Just wondering why is it that weathertech does not make their no drill midglaps for my 2008 Chrysler town and country. I was so wanti g to get some so snow would stop kicking up and growing right on the he back of the wheel well. It starts to build rist there too. So why is it that weathertech doesnt offer it for my vehicle?

Can not tighten enough to hold the phone securely. Extremely bad return issues. After waiting 12 days for a label that never came, call again and a label by email in 1 hour.

Weathertech review: Returns and communication
I, as most others, bought from WeatherTech because of their advertised laser fit and all that hype. Order placed was incorrect and I returned wrong product for an even exchange to the correct product. No communication what so ever from Weather Tech. I had to make numerous calls to keep the return/exchange process rolling. They even sent me a new order number for the right item but never sent it. I had to call again to get it going. Would never buy from them again. 5 weeks and I don't have the item.
