Don't protect my carpets

Ordered custom fit Weathertech mats and waited two weeks for them to arrive only to discover that they barely cover any more of the carpet than a cheap set of mats from Walmart and certainly do not protect the areas I was hoping to protect.

Given how expensive these mats are they charge they should provide a product which actually protects the vehicle.

The color of the mats is nothing like the color shown on the website - the tan is a rather awful shade of brown.

There is also a *** raised logo on each mat which catches on your shoe every time you get in the vehicle.

Cannot confirm when delivery will even be available after one month

I ordered trunk liners for my car and the web site did not say the item was back ordered and will come when the next shipment from the US will arrive in Toronto. I called them after a week and I was curtly told that it can take upto 3 weeks for the product to be delivered and she will try to pass on my message that the web site should tell me if the product is back ordered. Called after a month and was even more rudely told it will be delivered when the product arrives. There are 8 shipments expected but they cannot tell me if my order is on any of those 8 shipments ....really after one month. Do not buy from these guys....they do not know what a customer is or what customer service is.....horrible will never ever buy another product from this company ever!

My 2018 Dodge Durango has tabs placed on the floor by the manufacturer for the two front seat mats. The mats received do not fit those tabs.

The mats' that I received-tabs holes are further apart than my car floor. I called and explained AND sent photos. Additionally, he part numbers on the receipt do not match the back of each floor mat received. AND returned the mats within 2 hours of the phone call.

The representative that I spoke with the second time (my first call dropped) left me a message (after my return from FedEx to return the mats) stating I had the mats on the wrong side, which is INCORRECT as the tabs will not line up on he CORRECT SIDES which I had placed them originally nonetheless reverse each one. The distance between the left side driver mat is less than the right side passenger mat.

Therefore, I DID have them placed correctly. What they sent was totally the WRONG mats for my car.

WeatherTech All Weather Floor Mats (False Advertising)

I bought a set of WeatherTech All Weather Floor Mats for my 08 Honda Element.

The picture on their site shows what looks similar to my floor board of my car with the floor mat fitting perfectly.

I go to put them in and they DO NOT fit at all!

I called to get an RMA# so I could send the product back, I explain I felt mislead about the product from the picture on the site and the rep acted like I was *** for buying the product.

I feel they MISREPRESENTED the product I bought, the mats do not fit and I am out $30. in shipping fees to get my money back!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM WEATHERTECH.COM!

I had a similar issue regarding replacing a set of mats for my Jetta sedan. I received them for Christmas 2012 and was mistakenly sent the Wagon mats.

I called for an RMA and went around in circles because third parties sell the product and Weathertech mails them out. As they were a gift, I did not have a lot of info to work with and I did not want to involve the gift giver in the fray. I mailed the mats back with the RMA clearly written on the outside of the package and never received the replacement mats. I e-mailed several times to resolve the issue and they could not find any indication of my RMA, original order or anything else (which they had done on my initial call).

I had discarded the RMA number when cleaning and their response was basically "sorry".

Seems to me there should be a log of items returned by name and RMA number but they were unwilling to investigate. I have given up trying and highly recommend avoiding any interactions with WeatherTech unless you want to take a roll of the dice with your hard earned money.
