I got screwed with custom duty charges

I ordered floor liners for my Porsche from WeatherTech Europe Italy. They charge 2x the US prices. They dont tell you that the liners are shipped from the US and that additional costs for customs duty / vat apply . In my case 76,- on a liner price of 207, which costs in the US $ 110,- !!

An email I received stated that weather-tech does not use suggestions for new items from customers and that really seems pretty stupid for a company that relies on items people need. I asked if they could design a cup holder that would fit around paper and styrofoam cups to keep them from collapsing when you pick them up.

the over all specifications list posted on line for the product sizes w/d was no where close to the listed merchandise. So needless to say I was screwed out ($8.48) for the return of the inappropriate listings for the size of the phone.

I bought front and back floor liners for my F150. The front driver side fits perfect but I suspect they sent me the wrong mat for the passenger side. Its a full two inches short. My effort to get their CS to address the issue has met with less than deplorable results. The product is well made but it doesn't fit as promised. The product may be made in America but their customer service is clearly outsourced to china.

They curl up on the sides and won't stay hooked to the floor, then side under the brake and over the fuel peddle, the breaking is restricted and the accelerator is pushed down. They should be recalled.

Do not purchase the extended arm

The cupfone does not work in my 2019 tacoma when extended. This has been poorly tested &;;;;;;;;;;; does not meet weathertec expectations. Very expensive for what you get. Weathertec needs to put this thru more testing. The plastic cupfone loosens very easily & amp; becomes very annoying. Please get with your research dept so other people do not get ripped off.

They don't support their customers. If you purchase a product and send them an email, just know they don't monitor their customer service email and won't respond to you. You can call their phone number and they will tell you that you're 200 in line. You then wait 45 minutes to be disconnected and placed back into their non-existent line. I work in customer service at a larger company that has service issues at times and we don't monitor this website. The fact that their team needs to monitor "pissedoffconsumer.com" tells you all you need to know about their service.

Buy from other companys, wearhertech going under, takes money, no product

Or e mails, purchased numerous items for xmas gifts, tried to return one 75.00 item, no responce, spoke with other people who are also discusted with them, you call and your customer # 245, they expect you to wait, rumor has it they going out of business, not sure but with this type of service they should.

They finally contacted me and said there was an issue with my card. They could have said that instead of "order in progress." I had a login account with WeatherTech so they could have contacted me. Got email and phone call, very nice guy, said they would give me 20%...

I ordered phone holder December 1, 2019. It is now January 19,, 2020, and nothing.

Track my order keeps saying "In Progress." Call and there are 250 callers ahead of me. They never get to me. When I get to like 150 or so, I get disconnected.

I have emailed them. Nothing.

Disappointed in the quality of the product for the price paid. I think commercials for this company are very misleading based on the quality of the product. Purchased a cargo mat for our new Nissan Armada. The mat was almost $200 and it feels and looks like a piece of plastic. I bought front floor mats from the dealer for half this price, and they are a nice thick rubber. Will not purchase from this company again.

Bought a set of window deflectors. After I finished installing the front set and starting the rear, noticed noise from the front windows. When I rolled down the drivers side, the noise stopped. After that the window would not close. Same on passengers side. When I removed the deflectors they were cracked at the front. Windows could then move up and down. Noticed that they were not made in the USA. They did look very nice for a few minutes.

Watch out for poor customer support

They split shipped my order without notice to me. I called Customer Support - 57 calls ahead of me at 7:30 am. Held for 45 minutes and then they hung up on me. The 2nd part of the order was missing parts. After calling customer support again, this time 152 calls ahead of me at 9 am. I sent 3 emails to Customer Support to get them to complete the order - 3 days before I got a response with no conformation of when the missing parts would be shipped. Had to send a 4th email to get a confirmation. The floor mats fit reasonably well, but thin material - not what is expected for their high prices. Be careful, look at competitive options!!
