Very disappointment with the floor linens. please do not buy these linens. They keep giving me the run around about my money. My son brought these for my xmas gift.

Unresolved issues liners don't fit large gaps and warpage WeatherTech did not honor there 30 Days full money back policy.again did not honor 30-day full refund policy. I feel in the time frame to receive refund.
i sent the requested pictures many of them their response was the liners look in perfect condition . And here is some instructions.( how to repair warpage and large gaps with hair dryer and weights. at this point I felt belittled taking advantage of misled I was ripped off. and pissed off.
being retired Master mechanic and fabricator and a builder of hot rods big horsepower motors so I do have some knowledge. is this a joke I'm pertaining to the companys, professionalism and quality control !! The issue started after they got my money.
I kindly responded to the email let me throw this out there in this circumstance $100 an hour sounds reasonable. They never responded and I still have the issue I bought them for gravel on the carpet I have their liner in the car my Cadillac liner over there liner to try to hold it down and two other carpets laying sideways to try to push through gapped warped liner down when I take them out to kick them off gravel on the carpet under the liner .I put a total of 4,000 miles on this beautiful one owner SRX 2013 Cadillac a year so it's not like I do a lot of running

Verified ReviewerWindow deflector just flew off my truck
I was travelling south on I-81 headed to Daytona, FL for Bike Week. I was doing about 80 mph and I decided to let the rear windows down to get some fresh air in the truck near southern Virginia.
I let both rear windows down at the same time (auto down) and about half way down, both rear deflectors came loose/free from the truck.
I called Weather Tech and reported the issue. I was asked to supply pictures of my truck. I couldn't stop and get the deflectors as they went flying and were than ran over my other vehicles. There were pieces everywhere!
Anyway, I couldn't get the pictures to upload from my phone and had to wait until I got home to use my laptop.
The representative I spoke to said that Weather Tech would replace them free of charge as a one time deal under warranty. Great company that stands by their product!!
This is the 4th vehicle I have had their products on and in. I love their products!!
