Purchased a set of laser measured Floor mats for my car. $180.00 fit was good but thin as a plastic milk carton. They have *** in them in under a week. Right where your right heel rest while driving . Don't buy them . .

There is an Employee that works at your Bollingbrook Wharehouse from 3 to 11 His name is Michel Jr Nushardt He went to Jail for 18 months for Robbing a Bank in Naperville Illinois I was told that Whether Tech doesn't Hire Felons He lied on his Applications for Employment and He is still working there That's not right to other people who have tried getting a job there but were turned down I don't feel comfortable there working with someone who went to Jail . I shouldnt have to feel uncomfortable working with someone like that its not fair

Rear floor Matt does not fit correctly. Curls at the door when door shuts. Driver mat does not cover completely on the left side where parking brake would be. In order to clean the mat, you need to purchase Weather tech products. Per Customer service. Weather tech customer service told me the mat will eventually lay down in back. Weather tech customer service told me driver mat does not cover due to the machine used to cut out the mat can't make that cut. This was my first experience with Weather Tech unfortunately

I purchased weathertech floor mats for my truck a few years ago and the passenger side curled up and will not stay in place. i purchased them through an authorized retailer (cabelas). i contacted cabelas, they sent me to weathertech and they told me "too bad, they wear out" and did nothing to honor their "lifetime warranty".

Hi, I have just received my second set of rear door deflectors for a 2008 Honda Fit. I returned the first set where I purchased them, at a local Autozone here in Hawaii, because the deflectors appear to be too long in length to not let them be installed in the window channel without them bowing out so much that they then won't fit across the top.

And the angle of the ends do not match up well with the window vertical side rails. (See photos of fitting the second set with attachment tape still in place.) The first time around I called Weathertech and confirmed with your associate that the part numbers were correct as shown by the part number on the plastic bag packaging and the bill of lading. ( #71429 for the rear doors, lite tint).

I returned them through Autozone, and received another set, same #, same car etc, and these do not fit either for the same reason, if not worse. It appears that the seen parts of the deflector look pretty close to correct, but that the edges that go in the channel ( with the stick tape) are too long on either end, as if a standard edge was slapped on to the design of the seen part of the deflector.

I have attached photos of the second attempted install showing the misfit that would help correct the design.

Strangely enough, with the original order I also had purchased the front doors set, and they fit perfectly in the same car, and they are a much more complicated design. I am otherwise a fan of WeatherTech's products, if there is anything I can do to help to correct this please let me know.

Hundreds of thousands of FIts have been sold in the US alone, so I would guess that there is a good market for the correct deflectors.Regards,Brian K.

PS. If I don't hear from WeatherTech by next week regarding this then I will probably just try to modify the parts, knowing that I would probably void the warranty.

I have order many items from WeatherTech and until now never had a problem. I order some floor mats to surprise my wife but she didn't like the color, so i returned them and to my surprise i had to pay for shipping. That's unacceptable. Other company's will send you a return label because they understand things like that happens and in the long term customers will always come back. Well, don't buy from Weather Tech if you are not Shure of the product , because if the product you order is the wrong color or it doesn't fit, you still have to pay for return postage and trust me folks its a lot. I buy many new vehicles (roughly once every year and a half.) I purchase WeatherTech floor liners for ALL of my vehicles. Now, while they do have the absolute BEST product on the market when it comes to protecting the floor of your vehicle, they have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my 36 years on this planet. Their website states that you have 30 minutes to make changes to any order, or your order is final. What company is so audacious to put that on their website!? You people sell overpriced floormats, not heaven! Get over yourselves. They offer ZERO loyalty programs or discounts for repeat customers. They even fought me on the free shipping for multiple items in one order. They talk to you like they're your Dad letting you get away with whatever it is "just this one time." I'm a paying CUSTOMER! Who talks to people like that. Now, I know some of you may think I'm a "Karen", but I have in fact been a customer service representative, and been on the other end of those calls. The way they act, and their company policies are far from acceptable. The sad part is it's not just one person having a bad day, this is literally ANY representative you interact with. Don't believe me? Try it. Make up a simple problem, call them and be polite, see how you are treated. Let me know how it goes. I am going to look high and low for another company to do business with from now on. They can't be the only one making decent floor liners. For $300 a set I'll start cutting them myself. I wouldn't mind paying the fee if they at least acted grateful for my patronage. PLEASE look elsewhere. These people make a great product, but they need to be taught a lesson.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After waiting for my turn behind 348 calls on hold, a real person answered the phone and offered to replace my mats with ones of softer plastic..

SadI received my front and rear Weathertech mats. Now I have been a loyal Weathertech customer for twenty years. I received my new mats, the front driver side is warped and does not fit. The driver door will not shut properly because the mats appear too large for the front. With the mat attached to the lock down tabs, the mat appears warped. I contacted Weathertech via email x3 with no response. I do not want a refund, just replacement mats? Been on the phone on hold with Weathertech, currently 398 customers ahead of me. Is this normal, that bad of service. Tell it's not so, once loved this company :(

We are now horrified to learn that your company is a sponsor of the television show of Laura Ingraham on Fox News. This woman has mocked and degraded the Capitol police officers who protected lawmakers on January 6. She has directly caused deaths among her listeners as she has told lies about Covid19, spread conspiracy theories, and promoted false cures. This woman with the perpetual sneer on her face is who Weathertech supports through your ads? We are appalled. How can Weathertech continue to have her names associated with your company?
