There is an issue with their product they accepted it . But they don't sent me the new one . They don't respond my mails anymore .

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY 2017 FORD EXPLORER REAR MATT'S FOLD DOWN PAY OVER $300 FOR NOTHING.I NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS BAD INVESTMENT. POOR QUALITY HAVE IN MY SUV FOR SEVEN MONTHS AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE PRODUCT I WILL LIKE A DIFFERENT MATT OR MY MONEY BACK.
