Purchased a new set of floor liners for my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 in 2006. Contacted them in 2009 on the edges folding up on both of the front and the rear liner.

The C/S rep on the phone said she found me in their system and to send her pictures of the problem. I did. I never got a response back from them. Forward to 2018.

I purchased a set for my Mercedes, recieved the mats, and the remebered. They never honored the lifetime warranty on my truck. I still have the truck. So I called.

The C/S rep said that she does not see me in the system for the truck. She stated that they do not keep records that old and I would have to now prove that I purchased the mats from them. That sucks.

1. They have no follow up on warranty issues, 2.

They do not keep records long enough to honor a lifetime warranty. What a scam.

This will be the last time I buy anything from Weathertech.

Very dishonorable company. Must reflect the owner's attitude.
