Highway Robbery by WeatherTech
The floor liners were hard plastic, ugly, and looked cheap.
There is a 15% restock fee, which is outrageous!!!
Bought my son front and rear floor liners for his Chrysler 300 for Christmas. The clips on his floorboard have to go through the holes in the liners to lay flat and that does not allow him to easily remove the liners to clean.
He had a hard time getting the clips through the holes in the liners. I went onto their website to fill out a return form after I could not get through to Customer Service on the phone and, BUYER BEWARE. . .there is a 15% RESTOCK fee.
That is hard money for the price you pay for the liners, especially if you buy front and back for almost $200. Return shipping has to be pre-paid, and there is no return on the original shipping. The 3 combined is a good chunk of change!! I didn't like the liners anyway.
They were a hard piece of plastic, looked ugly and cheap.
I like my winter liners I got at Walmart for my Jeep a lot better, they have lasted forever, work great AND were a LOT cheaper. Advice: pass on WeatherTech.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $61.
Preferred solution: The 15% restock fee is outrageous. There are a ton of Chrysler 300s out there and they will re-sell the ones I return..
WeatherTech Cons: Floor liners.

My issue was resolved.
WeatherTech did not charge me the 15% restock fee.
I have no idea why. Maybe because it was my first order? As well, they sent me a pre-paid FedEX return shipping label, which they did say was a first-time order courtesy and would not happen in the future.
So, I was only out the original shipping fee. Lesson learned.
