Looked on my credit card account and weathertech charged me twice. so I called them the first time and I was told that was impossible and to email the company with a picture.
so I did that called again and I was told I must of ordered twice so they checked and found out I did not order twice. Now there telling me they cant see on there system that they charged me twice anywhere so they are not Shure how long it will take to get my money back because they are trying to figure it out. all of this happened before my product was shipped.
I still have not received the product or refund I sent them pictures of my account showing the two charges and they still cant seem to figure it out. it is pretty bad that a company this large refuses to refund me and I have to get my bank to try to get the money back.
