Ordered online and product not in stock. After 4 days I've decided to ask what's going on since I had no tracking info, nothing.
Called 1-800 number and asked for an CS representative. Horrible customer service. He was bothered by my call. Like I would need something for free.
So pay with PayPal to secure your money. Otherwise you have to fight to get your money back. Never, ever again. Even for free.
One of the worst companies I've dealt with in the last 10 years. And I have a lot of online experience.
