Resolved: Don't use this company | Weathertech review

After 5 days of trying to reach these guys, they finally responded. Funny I got the response a few hours after I posted my complaint here.

Not sure if that's why they finally responded.

I have received a shipping authorization and am returning today. I hope my credit goes quick.

I ordered floormats for my son for Xmas. He had already purchased them so I needed to return the ones I bought. When calling this company you receive a recording that there are 238 calls before you. Of course I couldn't stay on hold. I have emailed them 5 or 6 times - They have not responded. I have working on this EVERY day since Monday (today is Thursday) with calls and emails - NO RESPONSE..... Don't know what to do next. Terrible customer service!!!

Same for me waiting for some auth number to return cup phone NEVER GOT ONE NO EMAIL ON HOLD TOLD 142 CALLS AHEAD OF ME SO PISSED OFF! GONNA SELL THE DAM THING ON EBAY THEY SUCK!

Tried to reach company to exchange by email, no response in 3 weeks. Telephone always 170 to 250 calls in front. Impossible to work with this company. Have bought and used Weathertech for years, but never again. High price and no service.

Phone doesn't fit cup holder | Weathertech review

Your desk top phone holder is nice and wide to hold any phone. You cup holder is too small for most phones with cases. Why can't you make the cup phone just as wide as the desk model?
