Weathertech review in Saint Louis, Missouri: Rear floor mats
I purchased a set off liners for my 2019 Suburban. The third row liners did not have the correct cut for the seats. I called customer service and the lady said a sharp pair of scissors should correct the problem. She told me I had 30 days to send them back. So much for lazer measure!

Weathertech review in Parkhill, Ontario: F150 Limited covers the lit up “Limited” floor
Well, that was disappointing. A 72k truck, got the weather tech floor mats to protect it, and it ends up covering part of the lit up floor.

Weathertech review: Terrible customer service from weather tech
I ordered weather tech floor liners for my Honda Accord. After about 18 moths the sides of the floor liner began to curl in. I contacted weather techs customer service and they told me I needed to send pictures of the floor liners which I did. Then nothing from weather tech - complete and utter silence despite my sending numerous emails as to the status of my warranty claim. I would NEVER recommend weather tech to anyone. Save your money and buy cheaper floor mats since I’m sure they will last longer than weather tech’s $200 plus floor liners.

Weathertech review in Parker, Colorado: They don't back their product
I wrote them as my two back liners are fully rolling up and are useless. I can't find a review as my parents got them for us as a gift. Front liners are awesome, would never waste money on the back rows

Weathertech review: Sunshade
i bought a sunshade for my 2015 ford 150 back in 2015 . I had a local truck accessory place order it for me. Now 4 years later the black side is cracking and peeling in a small spot and light comes through. I emailed Weathertech about this and they made no comment on the issue but just said take it back to where i bought it. I dont want to do that, the place where i got it ordered it in for me and its not a normal product they keep or order so i want to return to the company that makes it

Weathertech review: Still waiting for them to fit
Ordered floor liners and cargo mats for my Jeep Overland which didn't fit properly. Contacted CS and was told to flip them upside down for the night and this should help. She was rude and couldn't be bothered to help. A year later and I'm still waiting for them to fit. I will be throwing them out and put in my factory mats. A waste of over $300.

Weathertech review: Cell phone cup holder
Promoting the cell phone cut holder is like promoting drinking and driving. After surviving a rear end accident when the driver which ran into me at 30 mph after "glancing down" for a moment I find promoting a cup holder sick.

Weathertech review: Product didn't work as advertise
I purchased a Cargo/Trunk liner #40610, and the CargoTech #8CTK1 for my 2015 Toyota Rav4. It was my intensions to use the CargoTech to prevent an 18" x 12" plastic box that I carried work related item in, from moving around in the hatchback area. I cannot make the slightest adjustment without the box sliding allover the hatchback area. When I called Weather Tech's customer service for any suggests I was told that I could use Velcro to hold the box in place. The customer service person was very rude, and condescending. I asked her was this a common, malfunction, and why was it not mention in the advertisement ," I wasn't the sales person, I don't know" I currently have three automobiles with Weather Tech products. They just don't live up to all the HYPE! Would Not Recommend Weather Tech Products. Order numbers 505784629/506941492

Weathertech review in Cumming, Georgia: 2015 Lexus 350 RX Vent Shade??
Ordered 4 vent shades for my Lexus - my son an engineer ordered and installed them carefully checking instructions, when the first window vent was installed and I closed the window the corner broke off the vent, I asked for all my money returned and DID NOT GET THE SHIPPING OR TAXES RETURNED, the vents were defective and I didn't want more, after phone calls/emails they refused to give back $16.05. How are they keeping tax on a returned item, all other returns return tax, I sent a photo of the edge broken off the vent!!!??? After talking to 2 other people with this same model of Lexus they said they had the same experience, bad design on their molding process and customers shouldn't pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I would like the corrected vents if they are ever made!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2016 Lexus IS350 f sport, I LITERALLY just had the same issue this morning during install. Both corners broke off each end!
Rolled the windows up and my cars auto window system rejected the window deflectors and wouldn’t let me roll up, when they nearly rolled up, it snapped both ends. I’m trying to return them.
